Operation First Response, would like to thank Captive Plastics, for their donation of 100 of their beautiful plastic jars to be used for the collection of change.    A.C.T. "Accurate Control Traffic", is
a company owned by Cathy Newberg, with Michael Keeney, Resident Engineer. A.C.T. is A.T.S.S.A. Certified, and a W.B.E. Contractor
in both Nevada and California. Cathy and Michael, have come to the rescue of Operation First Response and the "Carson
City Honors Our Troops" benefit, by stepping up and assuming the traffic control report and management. We owe
them much more that our appreciation and thanks for that. Cathy has a son that has just returned from serving in Iraq,
so after all the hours, days, weeks and months of concern about their own son, Cathy said she wanted to do anything they could
do to help". They have indeed done that. We want to welcome home their son and thank them his
service to us and our country.
